Nida is a Legal Director and advises on all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes.
She acts for a wide range of clients, from private clients to high profile PLCs, in relation to contentious commercial and residential property matters. Nida has vast experience advising on all aspects of lease renewals, advising on exercising break options, dilapidations, boundary disputes and party wall matters, breaches of covenant, forfeiture, nuisance, arrears recovery, applications for consent to assign/alter/underlet, and other property related disputes. Nida also deals with contractual and development disputes including right to light issues.
Nida is a member of the Property Litigation Association and has sat on the Education and Training Committee since 2021.
Nida studied law at Kings College, London, graduating in 2008 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2011.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, live music and disco dance classes.
