Lolita joined the firm in April 2023. Since joining, she has assisted on a broad range of property related matters. She has developed a particular enjoyment in the nuts and bolts of property law, including right to light matters and residential leases. Her recent work has included assisting both landlords and tenants in the enforcement of lease covenants, as well as work on a broader scope of contentious property related matters.
Lolita obtained a law degree from the University of Swansea, before crossing the border and completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol.
Lolita is a member of the Property Litigation Association and aspires to practise in this area in the future.
In her spare time, Lolita enjoys reading, exercising and spending time outdoors.
