About me
Laura is a Senior Associate and acts for a wide range of clients on an even wider range of commercial and residential property disputes.
She is experienced in all aspects of landlord and tenant law such as lease renewals, break options, forfeiture, dilapidations, possession and rent arrears. She regularly advises on neighbourly matters such as boundary disputes, party wall issues, rights of way and nuisance claims.
Laura also has experience in professional negligence claims against solicitors relating to property transactions, and with development issues such as right to light issues and recovering deposits under breach of sale contract.
Laura is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
