Jonathan is a solicitor with experience of advising a broad range of clients on property disputes. He advises on commercial and residential property matters including lease renewals under the 1954 Act, breach of covenant claims, break notices, site clearances and various contractual disputes. Jonathan also has experience in advising on trespass and boundary disputes together with litigation in relation to easements such as rights of way.
In addition, Jonathan has extensive experience in advising both landlords and leaseholders on enfranchisement matters with a focus on lease extensions of flats.
Jonathan studied his LLB, LLM and LPC at Northumbria University, graduating in 2014 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2020.
Jonathan is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
