James is the founding partner of the firm, which he established in 2012 with the aim of providing legal advice that is both high-quality and commercially practical. With over twenty-five years of experience in property litigation, James offers clients a depth of knowledge across a broad range of property matters.
His practice includes landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations, forfeiture, possession of land and buildings, and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. James takes a measured and pragmatic approach to resolving complex property issues.
He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and is accredited as a Civil and Commercial Mediator by the ADR Group.
Outside of work, James enjoys watching and participating in a variety of sports, and regularly attends high-intensity exercise classes.
