About me
Dominika is a solicitor-advocate specialising in real estate and commercial litigation. She has a particular interest in right of light related matters and disputes involving developments, landlords and tenants, easements and restrictive covenants.
Dominika holds a master’s degree and a doctorate degree in law from the Pan European University in Bratislava and a master’s degree in international arbitration from the University of Law, London. She worked as an in-house lawyer for a construction company in Slovakia, before re-qualifying as a litigation solicitor in London. She joined the firm in 2013 and has since worked on a wide variety of disputes, providing her clients with practical and commercial advice.
In her spare time, Dominika enjoys walking her dog, keeping active and exploring new places.
Dominika is a member of Property Litigation Association.
