About me

Dempster is a property litigation solicitor with a broad practice. He has advised on a wide range of matters, including:

  • Possession proceedings involving the section 8 and section 21 procedure under the Housing Act 1988; social housing possession claims; devising vacant possession strategies in relation to Rent-to-Rent agreements; trespass claims; mortgage repossessions.

  • Leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, licences for alterations and deeds of variation.
