Dempster joined the firm in August 2023, as a paralegal within our specialist property litigation team. Dempster’s recent work has included assisting on trespass and service charge disputes, arising from the section 20 consultation process. He has enjoyed working on a broad range of landlord and tenant disputes, and has further experience on claims in the tort of private nuisance and issuing insolvency proceedings.
Dempster obtained a first-class degree in English and Theology from the University of Leeds, before completing the GDL and LPC at the University of Law in London. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
In his spare time, Dempster enjoys sport (whether playing or watching) and spending time with his three dogs.
